How can I verify contractor credentials and safety documentation?+
Company registration is not a playground safety licence or blanket certification. Request relevant product reports, the named assessor qualifications, the specified standard and edition, and the agreed installation, inspection and testing scope. CPSI is an individual inspector qualification, not automatic certification of a business or every site.
Which safety standard should my playground project specify?+
SS 457:2017 is based on ASTM F1487-17 with Singapore modifications. EN 1176 and EN 1177 are separate European frameworks, not interchangeable Singapore requirements. Confirm the applicable edition, age group, equipment type and local project requirements. Request the appropriate equipment reports, surfacing evidence and post-installation assessment; not every equipment type falls within the same standard.
Do you provide installation and warranty for playground equipment?+
